Theodore H. Myers, who spent most of his early years in this county, and who moved from his home in this town ship, near West Union, about twenty five years ago, died recently from heart failure at his country home, "West Union", near Menlo, Wash. He was sixty-four years of age and had been in poor health for some years, but was able to make a trip to two towns the day before his death. The Pilot, published at Willapa Harbor, speaks of him as one of the best known and most substantial ranchers of the Willapa Valley. His funeral was very large.

Mr. Myers is survived by his widow, two daughters and three sons—Mrs. J.N. Etnier, Mrs. Albritten, Arthur, Norman, and Charles.
