Herbert Ash, 78, Elgin, died Monday evening at Palmer Memorial Hospital, West Union. Funeral service will be Thursday, Sept. 25, 11 a.m. in St. Paul’s Methodist Church, Elgin.
He is survived by his wife Gladyce Oral, and two sons, Milton L. and Crayton, both of Elgin.
Burial will be in the Elgin Cemetery. Muehlethaler Funeral Home, Elgin, is in charge of arrangements.
