MINER, FUSSELL, BRAY, DYER

Wisconsin State Journal, Madison, Wisconsin, Sunday, 21 June 1953.

Mrs. Clyde Miner, 65, of 232 Center Ave., died Saturday at her home of a heart attack, Acting Coroner Norman Anderson said.

Mrs. Miner was found lying face down in the bathtub by her husband about noon. Anderson said the death was due to natural causes, and no inquest will be held.

Surviving are her husband; son, Kenneth, Madison; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services and burial will be on Tuesday at Fayette, Iowa. Friends may call at the Gunderson funeral home from noon today until 10 p.m. Monday.

Mrs. Miner was born in Fayette, Iowa, and had been a Madison resident since 1917.

Yesterday, June 5th, at 11:30 a.m., took place the wedding of Miss Georgia Fussell, of this place, and Mr. Horace Clyde Miner, of West Union, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bray. President Shanklin performed the ceremony in the presence of a few relatives and guests. Those from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Stewart of West Union, Mr. and Mrs. Dyer, of Maynard, and Mrs. Flanders of McGregor. After the wedding dinner Mr. and Mrs. Miner drove to Maynard, and after a short visit there and in West Union, they go to Denver, Colo., to reside.

We see by the Sumner Gazette that Georgia Fussell has so far recovered from her wounds as to be brought home to her relatives in Fayette.
