Elgin Echo, Thursday, 19 December 1918.

Palmer George, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. George Frederick, was born August 2, 1918, and passed away at the home south of town, December 10, 1918. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Apostolic church and burial was made in the cemetery there. The schoolchildren sang at the home and also at the grave.
