Mrs. Della Hain, daughter of J. H. and Mary E. Hayes, was born at Mt. Vernon, Illinois, August 21, 1879 and departed this life at her home in Willmette, Illinois, March 11, 1920 aged 40 years, 6 months, and 19 days. She was married to Fred B. Hain at Decatur, Illinois, November 20, 1904, and resided in Chicago the past thirteen years.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband and daughter, Dorothy, her mother, Mrs. Mary Hayes, a sister Mrs. Vada Nelson of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and a brother, Albert of Leihigh, Oklahoma.

The remains were brought to this city on Saturday morning and funeral services were held at the home of George Hain on Saturday afternoon conducted by Dr. Cleworth of the Grace Methodist Church. Mrs. J. F. Manning sang two favorite hymns. Interment was made in the family lot at Woodlawn Cemetery.
