AVON DALE FOX
OBITUARY

Like an angel visitor, so brief and beautiful, was the stay of Avon Dale Fox in this world. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Fox she was born November 17, 1936 in the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Lenius near Oelwein. Surrounded by love, she responded with smiles for everyone. Sunday morning January 31, 1937, after a brief illness this little flower was transplanted into the Heavenly garden. She leaves her devoted other and grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Lenius and Mr. and Mrs. D. H. Fox and many relatives whose lives have been made happier and better by her presence. Her father passed away last April.

The funeral services was held in the Brant Funeral Home Tuesday at 2:00 p. m. conducted by Rev. Ada Hillis. Mrs. Ellen Ervin sang, by request, “Safe in the Arms of Jesus.” The body was laid to rest in the Taylorville cemetery, near Arlington, by the side of her father.
