Funeral services for Virginia Burrow were held Friday, Nov. 13, 1981 at 11 a.m. at the West Clermont Lutheran Church in Clermont. The Rev. Allan J. Stoa officiated. The Schutte Funeral Service of Postville was in charge of arrangements. Burial was in God's Acres Cemetery.
Virginia Mae Burrow, daughter of Thomas and Hazel (Langworthy) Clark, was born June 15, 1921 in Geneva, Ohio. She passed away November 10, 1981 at Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse, Wisconsin.
She attended high school at Ashtabula, Ohio and also a school of cosmetology in Cleveland. On November 17, 1946 she was united in marriage to Robert Burrow at the West Clermont Lutheran Parsonage. To this union 2 sons were born. For 30 years they have lived in the rural area near Clermont. Virginia was employed by Schwan's Dairy in West Union for 10 years.
She was a member of the West Clermont Lutheran Church and its Women's Association.
She is preceded in death by her father. Surviving besides her husband, Robert, are 2 sons: Thomas of Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii and David of Clermont; 7 grandchildren, her mother, Hazel Clark of Miami Springs, FL, and 3 sisters: Mrs. Klaus (Kathryn) Sjogren of Miami Lakes, FL, Mrs. Clifford (Roberta) Kellogg of Rock Creek, OH and Mrs. Charles (Marion) Kellogg of Bettendorf.
