Mrs. Lena Rupp, aged 85 years, died at the home
of her son, Fred Rupp, five miles northeast of
Oelwein Thursday morning following an illness
due to her age. The funeral services will be conducted
at the Hintz Funeral Home Saturday and burial will
be in Oakdale Cemetery. She is survived by her two
sons, Fred and William who lives at Epworth. Her
husband died about 25 years ago.
