Guy Luther. 51,

Dies in Portland

Guy Luther, 51, died suddenly
Due to natural causes in Portland,
Ore., Wednesday morning.

He had been employed by
the Oregon Ship Building Corp.
He is survived by his wife (Mabel
Marlow Mills) and two
daughters, Verlaine and Normadell;
one brother, Hugh, and two sisters,
Mrs. Julius Shadle and Mrs. Joe Hunter,
all of Oelwein.

Arrangements are being made
to return the body to Oelwein for
funeral services. Funeral arrangements
are not completed but will be
announced later. Mrs. Luther left
yesterday morning for Oregon but
returned after learning en route of her
husband’s death.
