Funeral services were held in Waterloo, Iowa at the Midwest Garden of Memories on Wednesday, October 30, 1985. *Place of burial was not given* for Goldie Marie Everett who died October 26, 1985 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Goldie Marie was born November 20, 1901 in Wadena, Iowa, the daughter of William Anson and Alice May (Hastings) Gardner. She married Sidney Everett on March 25, 1925 in Galena, Illinois. They lived in Waterloo, Iowa for a number of years before moving to the Lansing and Waukon, Iowa areas in Allamakee County in 1965.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Sidney who died in August of 1984; a daughter, Aletha Moore; a great-grandson; 3 brothers, Paul Gardner, Kenneth Gardner, and a brother who died in infancy; and 2 sisters, Helen Freeman and a sister who died in infancy.

She is survived by a son Harold Kroeger; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; a brother William Gardner, and one sister, Pauline Mitchell.
