D. Vermilya 1828-1916

The death of D. Vermilya occurred
on Monday morning at about 5 o'clock,
after five months of suffering from
infirmities due to old age, he being
past eighty seven at the time of his
death. The funeral services were conducted
from the Methodist church at
10 o'clock this morning, the pastor,
Rev. H. C. Culver officiating. Interment
was made in the cemetery near
Auburn. Mr. Vermilya is survived by
his son, D. M. Vermilya, with whom he
has made his home for a number of
years and who has bestowed upon him
faithful and loving care.
