W. S. Fink, son of Adam and
Mary Fink was born in Fayette
County, Illinois, March 2, 1856 and
died in Oelwein, Iowa, June 11,
1935. In 188O he was united in
marriage to Ellen Hankins. To
this union the following children
were born, Claude and Marion of
Clinton, Ill., Mrs. Mary Stone of
Cheyenne, Wyo., Royal, deceased,
John of Wapello, Ill., and Earl,
deceased. The mother passed away
in 1888. In the year of 1924 he
was united in marriage to Mrs. Archer
who preceded him in death.
In 1929 he was married to the present
Mrs. Fink, Flora Hedrick.
Early in life he united with the
United Brethern church and always
lived a Christian life.
Service was from Brant's Funeral
Home at 10 o'clock Thursday
morning. Burial in Oakdale cemetery.—
