Oliver Houston Ashby, 82 years old, passed away
Saturday afternoon after failing in health for several
months.
Mr. Ashby was janitor at the public school for many
years.
Surviving are his wife and four sons, Wallace Theran
of Whittier, Carl of Decorah, Harold of Davenport and
Herbert of Oelwein.
Funeral services will be held at the Presbyterian church
Tuesday September 28, Rev. Hauter officiating. Burial
will be at Woodlawn cemetery.
