DES MOINES — Memorial services
for Mrs. Nellie M. Hazlet,
who died at Iowa Methodist Hospital,
April 11, will be held at the
Central Presbyterian Church chapel
at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 15.
She was a member of the First
United Presbyterian church of
Oelwein, the Women's Association
of Central Presbyterian church of
Des Moines. Chapter GH P.E.O.
and the Order of the Eastern
Star.
She is survived by her daughters,
Helen Hazlet of Des Moines,
Mrs. H. M. Strong of Schenectady,
N.Y., and Mrs. Arthur Knight of
Philadelphia, Pa., and four grandsons.
The family requests no
flowers. A memorial may be made
if desired to the First United
Presbyterian church of Oelwein or
Central Presbyterian church of
Des -Moines.
The Rev. Richard Emery of
First United Presbyterian church
in Oelwein will have a memorial
service here (Oelwein) 2 p.m. at his
church. Hintz Funeral Home is in
charge of arrangements. Burial is
at Woodlawn cemetery.
