On Thursday September 17, 1891 at her home about two and a half miles southeast of Elgin, Iowa in Fayette County, after a short illness, occurred the death of Mrs. Sam Boleyn. The funeral took place on Saturday with Rev. Markham officiating. The deceased leaves a husband and three small children to mourn the untimely taking of a loving wife and affectionate mother.
