Ann Frances Voelschow, daughter of
Carl and Caroline Voelschow was born
in West Prussia, Germany. She came
to America with her parents when she
was five years old. The family settled
in Delaware, Ia., where she received her
education.

In 1896 she and Walter Little were
married at Arlington. The couple lived
on a farm near Arlington for 20 years
before moving to town. Mr. Little died
in 1937.

Mrs. Little died July 9, 1961. Surviving
are two sisters, Mrs. Caroline Ortmann,
Chicago and Martha Brant, Arlington and
several nieces and nephews. Services
were held July 11 at St. John Lutheran church
in Arlington with burial in Taylorsville cemetery.
