Funeral services for J. H. Strawn, age 70 years,
who passed away Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock
at his home at 601 North Frederick Avenue, after
a brief illness, will be Friday morning at nine o'clock
at the Sacred Heart Church with burial at Woodlawn
cemetery. The body will lie in state at the Brant
Funeral Home until this evening when it will be
taken to the residence.

He is survived by his wife and the following
children, Alois of Fayette; Loren of Oelwein;
Clarence of Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Rosie Young
and Francis Strawn, Tucson, Arizona and Mrs.
Deila James, Arlington.
