Mrs. Peter Watrin, of this place
died Monday morning. She had an
operation performed on her Saturday
evening by Drs. Cole, of Oelwein, and
Shelletoe, of Independence. They at
no time really expected any permanent
relief by the operative measures but it
was that or nothing.
