LITTLE BABY DIES SUDDENLY

Little Hugh LeRoy Sargent, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Sargent was born May 8, 1919, at Arlington and passed to his heavenly home August 22, 1919 after a brief illness of quick pneumonia. He was always a frail little child, cared for very tenderly and untiringly by his fond parents, and had made a bright spot in the home during his brief stay on earth. God has claimed the little one for a member of his fold, thus another home is left sad and lonely. He leaves on earth his mother and father and many other relatives. The entire community extends sympathy to the parents in their bereavement.

There is no flock, however, watched and tender but one dead lamb is there. There is no fireside, howsoever defended but one vacant chair. The air is full of farewells for the dying and mourning’s for the dead, the heart of Rachel for her children crying will not be comforted. Too thick in every graveyard the little hillocks lie, but every hillock represents an angel in the sky.
