Mrs. Charles Mettlin, 210 Sixth
Street SW., died last evening at
5:00 o'clock at the University Hospital
at Iowa City. She was 64 years of age.
Surviving are her husband,
three daughters, Mrs. F. W. Blech,
Mrs. Milton Brewer and Mrs. Effie
Mettlin of Oelwein: three sons,
Floyd Mettlin of Oelwein; Earl
Mettlin of East Moline, Illinois
and Harold Mettlin of Mount Rainier,
Maryland.
The body was taken to the
Brant Funeral Home, funeral
arrangements have not been completed
at this time

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles Mettlin will
be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from
the Presbyterian church, Rev. L. W. Hauter,
officiating. Burial will be at Otsego cemetery.
The body will lie in state at her residence,
210 Sixth Street, S. W., after Saturday afternoon.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of Brant
Funeral Home.
