Mrs. J. G. Niblock Answers Last Call

Dora C., wife of John G. Niblock, passed away at the family home at 932 First Avenue West in this city, Tuesday, December 28, and the last services occurred Thursday, Rev. J. J. Tatum officiating. She was born on a farm two miles east of Oelwein, where she grew to womanhood.

September 27, 1877, Dora Clark was united in marriage to John G. Niblock and to this union were born seven children, four sons and three daughters --- H. L. Niblock, of Kansas City; William E. Niblock, of Cedar Rapids; John F. Niblock, of Omaha; Orla H. Niblock of Fredericksburg; Louise E. Niblock, of Kansas City; Mrs. Melva Robertson, of Fredericksburg and Laura M. Niblock, of this city.

She was a member of the Free Baptist Church and had been a member for the past ten years. She was also a member of the Yeomen Lodge which attended the last services in a body. She was fifty-one years, eleven months and seventeen days of age at the time of her death. She was a christian wife and mother, and her demise is sincerely mourned by the family and friends who the sympathy of many in the loss they have sustained.
