Funeral services were held Monday, August 1,
for William Lonborg, 70, Waterloo at Brant
Funeral Chapel. Pastor LaVerne Streich
officiated at the service. Burial was in
Woodlawn Cemetery, Oelwein.

Lonborg died Saturday, July 30, at Waterloo,
Iowa. He was a retired Rock Island and CGW
railroad machinist. Lonborg was a member of
the Masonic Lodge and the Presbyterian church.

Survivors include three brothers, Arthur
"Dutch" Lonborg, Lawrence, Kansas; John
Lonborg, Liberty, Misouri; Adolph Lonborg,
Kansas City, Kansas; Aunt, Mrs. Oline
Christensen, Oelwein and nieces and nephews.
