Patrick Yarrington Funeral Monday AM

Funeral services for Patrick S. Yarrington, 50, will be held at Sacred Heart church at 9 a.m. May 25, the Rev. Paul LaValette officiating. Burial is to be in Woodlawn cemetery.

The body lies in state at Hinty funeral home, where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Yarrington, a Chicago Great Western brakeman, died at 10 p.m. May 21. He was a lifelong resident of Oelwein, born here Dec. 13, 1902, the son of Isaac N. (Newt) and Celia Cannon Yarrington.

Surviving are his wife, Alice; a daughter, Mrs. W. E. (Patsy) Stolz of New Hampton; his mother, Mrs. W. M. Callies, and a brother, William J. Callies, and a sister, Mrs. Harry Adamson, all of North Hollywood, Calif.; a brother, Daniel J. Yarrington of Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Elmer (Sarah) Norberg, Oelwein.

Mr. and Mrs. Yarrington made their home at 117 1/2 S. Frederick Ave., Oelwein.
