The Gasette says that Hiram Cole,
a Fayette county farmer who has for
15 or 20 years lived in the south-east
corner of Putnam township, was
found by his son George, Sunday the
8th inst., hanging in the cow-shed,
dead. No cause is known for the
suicide.
