George Whalen d. 1908 @ age 44

George Whalen. residing on the
Milne farm southeast of the city,
passed away Wednesday after a short
illness. He was in the city Tuesday
apparently hale and hearty, and when
a physician was summoned Tuesday
night it waa found there was no hope
for his recovery. He was forty-four
years of age, and his former home was
in Creaton, Ill. where tbe remains are
taken for the last services. Mrs.
Whalen is in a Chicago hospital.
