A former Oelwein resident, Mrs. Blanche Earnshaw Watkins died very suddenly at her home in Welda, Kansas, on Wednesday morning. Deceased was about 52 years of age. She is survived by her husband, one son, Denny J. of Welda, Kansas, one daughter, Mrs. Effie Schmidt of Oelwein and three grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Mr.and Mrs. Schmidt and daughter, left Wednesday evening for Welda, Kansas.
