EDWARD R. TROUPE & BERNICE T. (Woodson) Copp TROUPE, died 1990

Edward R. Troupe, 77 and Bernice T. Troupe, 84, died Feb. 5 of injuries suffered in an auto accident near Amarillo, TX. He had formerly worked for the cities of Oelwein and Postville.

Edward is survived by 3 daughters: Shirley Dumer of Cedar Falls, Sandra Lockard of Hazleton and JoAnn Lenz of Oelwein; 3 brothers: John, Chester and Howard, all of Oelwein: 3 sisters: Cora Decker and Pauline Boleyn, both of Waterloo, and Mary Lockard of Readlyn; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Bernice is survived by 3 sons: Ronald Copp of Fayette, Dale Copp of Hawkeye and Larry Copp of West Union; 2 daughters: June Schultz of Hawkeye and Lavera Dralle of Camanche, TX; 2 brothers: John Woodson of Hawkeye and Frank Woodson of Postville; 2 sisters: Phyllis Homewood and Mildred Mabb, both of Hawkeye; 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Joint services were held Feb. 10, 1990, 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial was in the Hawkeye Cemetery. Becker-Milne's Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
