MRS. CONRAD (Inga Christina Olson) ANDERSON

Rites are Held For Mrs. Anderson

Inga Christina Anderson, daughter of Torkel and Kjersti Olson, was born July 22, 1895 in Fayette county, Iowa and passed away at Iowa City early May 5, 1957 at the age of 61 years, nine months and 14 days.

She was baptized and confirmed in the East Clermont Church.

She moved to South Dakota at the age of 18 and was married October 24, 1914 to Conrad Anderson. To this union six children were born: Clarice, Mrs. James Latham, Elkton, South Dakota; Alton, Albert Lea, Minnesota; Fern, Mrs. Clair Frerk, Pipestone, Minnesota; Duane, Albert Lea, Minnesota; Delores, Mrs. Eugene Waters, Postville; and Kenneth, Waterloo.

In 1940 she moved back to Iowa, living most of that time in Clermont, and here she affiliated with West Clermont Lutheran Church.

Her parents, two brothers Oscar and Ole have preceded her in death. She is survived by the six children, 18 grandchildren, four brothers, Nels of Elgin, Henry of Clermont, Emil of Phelps, Wisconsin, and Tom of Strawberry Point, and two sisters, Selma, Mrs. James Taylor of Clermont and Teoline, Mrs. John Erickson of Wadena, besides other relatives and friends.
