Services held for Clermont infant

Funeral services for Justin Gene Thias, three-day-old son of Bill and Cindy Baker Thias, Clermont, were held Friday, Nov. 4, at 11 a.m. in the Clermont Chapel, Clermont, Iowa. The Rev. Joseph Nesheim officiated. A poem, "Forever An Angel" was read by Glenda Koehn, who also wrote it. Internment was in God's acre Cemetery, Clermont. The Schutte Funeral Service, Clermont, was in charge of arrangements.

Justin Thias died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 1994 at Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse, Wis., of natural causes. He was born Oct. 29, 1994 in Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse.

Surviving are his parents, William and Cindy (Baker) Thias, Clermont; a sister, Morgan Thias, at home; grandparents, Eugene and Janet Thias, Monona, and Justin and Beverly Baker, Clermont; great grandmothers, Doris Svebakken, Waukon, and Audrey Bennett, Hawkeye; and many aunts, uncles and cousins
