Albert "Jack" Reuber of Stanfield, who would have celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary today, dies at St. Anthony Hospital in Pendelton Tuesday. Mr Reuber was 68. He was born at Maynard, Iowa, Dec. 25, 1898. In 1930, he moved to Stanfield from Iowa. He farmed until 1945 then operated a service station in Stanfield until 1961, when he retired. He was a member of the Bethleham Luthern Church, Hermiston. Survivors are the widow, Clara; sons, Willia of Stanfield and Harry of Pendelton; daughters, Alice Caldwell of Hermiston, Irene Zeppenfeld odf Seattle and Betty Vichas of Pendelton; One brother, Gus, West Gate, Iowa; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral will be Friday. Notice is in tonight's paper. Barns(?) Mortuary is in charge.
