Mrs. Harrison Butler, whose death we mentioned last week, as having occurred at West Union, was an old resident of the county. She was married to her husband, Harrison Butler, April 14, 1839, and came to this county with him in 1850. Her husband died about a year ago. Six children, two daughters and four sons survive their parents, being Mrs. Finch and Mrs. Sarah E. Hough, of Oran township, and Joseph, George, John D. and William H. Butler, all residents of this county.
