Mrs. Ellen Donovan, 71, formerly
Mrs. H. W. Kelly of Oelwein,
died at 5:30 p. m. Wednesday,
May 10th, at Mercy Hospital
in Janesville, Wisconsin. The
body will arrive in Oelwein Friday
noon and will lie in state at
the Hintz Funeral Home until the
hour of the funeral which will be
Saturday at 9 a. m. at the Sacred
Heart church. Burial will be in
Woodlawn.
The Rosary will be said Friday
evening at 8:30.
Mrs. Donovan was Miss Ellen
Reilly before her marriage and
was born May 8, 1873, in Brighan,
Wisconsin.
Survivors are one daughter,
Mrs. W. J. Apple of Waterloo; a
sister, Mrs. Henry Schoemler, of
Janesville, Wisconsin; and two
brothers, Ed Reilly of Ajo, Arizona,
and Patrick Reilly of Madison,
Wisconsin. One son, Clarence
Kelly, preceded her in death
in 1937 and her husband, H. W.
Kelly, passed away in 1929.
