Lindsay, William, farmer, Section 3; PO Waucoma, born in Scotland in 1836, from which country he came with his father, Alexander, and settled in Illinois and made it his home until 1854, when he came to this county and settled on his present estate; has a farm of 188 1/2 acres. Married Mary Clyde in 1867, daughter of Alexander Clyde, who reside with them; they have one child -- Tina J. Was one of the early settlers and the family are members of the Congregational Church.
