Henry Arthur "Art" Balmer

BALMER LEININGER MEINE ANDERSEN GAGE

I was wondering if there was any available information about my great-grandfather, Henry Arthur "Art" Balmer. I've been able to discern from different places a bit about his wife, Ada Sophia Balmer (nee Meine), but all I've found about Art is that his father's name was possibly Andrew. My grandmother, his oldest daughter Elaine, passed in 1972, and with her went any available information about that side of the family for the younger generations. Grandpa Andersen (Carlton D. Andersen) and the Balmers didn't exactly get along. I'm sure you can guess the rest. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
