Barbara,
I have found two other girls named Barbara born in 1923 in Emmet County. They were not born the same day you were born. I think the doctor who delivered you was delayed because of the snowstorm. In Emmet County, Iowa Birth Record Book Four, on page 85, was listed Barbara Jean Gleason, born January 10, 1923, born to Walter David Gleason and Mary Josephine Nyystrom (maiden name). The attending physician was Dr. R. C. Coleman
In the same book, page 25, was listed Barbara Ann Blake, born April 30, 1923, to Dell S. Blake and Ida Mae Harcourt (maiden name) by Dr. M. E. Wilson.
