John Aborgrass [Arbogast], who lived on the northeast quarter of Sec. 32, Denmark township, died on July 5th. He was an old soldier, a member of the 53d Iowa Infantry, and was buried by the G.A.R. of this place. Services were held from the Free Baptist church and the post exercises conducted by Chaplain Wilcox. The interment took place at the west side cemetery. The deceased leaves a wife and thirteen children.
