Funeral rites for Arthur Miner were held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Meiner Thursday afternoon at one o’clock and at the Methodist church in Graettinger at two o’clock. The remains were taken to Illinois for interment. The deceased owned a farm near Jackson where he has made his home for a number of years past. He rented it this spring on account of ill health. He was a patient at a hospital in Worthington, Minn., before his death. (Estherville Enterprise, Estherville, IA, May 13, 1937)
