Mr. Harry N. Macdonald died on Tuesday, Oct. 31, at his home in Armstrong, at 7 o’clock in the evening. He had been seriously ill for about eleven days but a postmortem examination showed that he had been in a very serious condition for years although he had been about and active at his profession of civil engineering until taken with his last illness. The immediate cause of his death was acute peritonitis. The funeral services were held at the home at Armstrong Friday with the Rev. Victor Demareee of the Presbyterian church , in charge. The body was laid to rest in the Armstrong cemetery beside that of a brother-in-law, Harry Gregg, who died but a short time ago.
