Dies at Armstrong
Garner – Word has been received here of the death of John Laffey, father of Mrs. Bernice Schulz of Garner and Mrs. John Pritchard of Britt. Mr. Laffey died Tuesday [December 2, 1947] at his home in Armstrong Thursday. Mrs. Schultz is assistant cashier at the Hancock County National bank.
