Former Resident Dies
Miss Florence Guest died last week at the home of her sister, Mrs. Glen Vaughn, in Elmore, Minn., after a brief illness with pneumonia. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon and burial took place in the family lot in the cemetery at Armstrong. She was a sister of Mrs. O.C. Christensen of Ringsted, and was quite well known here, having taught school here several years ago. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, June 7, 1943)
