They resided in Chicago until the fall, when she was united in marriage to Christian O. Lilleberg at Eau Claire, Wisconsin. They moved to Jackson county, Minn., where they resided until 1876, when they moved to Story county. Here her husband died in the year 1888. To this union nine children were born. Deceased was a self-sacrificing wife and mother. Her unfailing faith and obedience to God found expression in her love for His word. Even after she lost her eyesight her daily devotion consisted in the singing of beautiful songs she so deeply loved.
