Armstrong – Funeral services for Malvin J. Danielson, 86, of Dolliver will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13 at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Armstrong with Pastor Harold Heinzig officiating. Interment will be held at Armstrong Grove Cemetery in Armstrong. He died on Monday, Nov. 10, 2003 at the Fairmont Medical Center in Fairmont, Minn.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service only at the church on Thursday.

Malvin was born on July 3, 1917 in Dolliver, the son of Martin and Mary (Anderson) Danielson. He received his education in the Iowa lake Township School.

On Jan. 21, 1942, Malvin was united in marriage to Edna Mae Stamp. The couple spent their entire married life on the farm near Dolliver.

Malvin enjoyed farming, the outdoors, reading and especially spending time with his family.

He was a lifetime member of the Nazareth Lutheran Church in Armstrong.

Malvin is survived by his wife, Edna of Dolliver; two daughters, Marilyn Mae Berg; Melva Jane Ahrens and her husband, Duane, all of St. Paul, Minn.; four granddaughters; three great-granddaughters; one nephew and three nieces.

He has been preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, two sisters and an infant sister.
