Dolliver – Services for Mr. Frank A. [Allen] Craig, 77, rural Dolliver will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, at the United Methodist Church, Armstrong, with the Rev. William Olmstead officiating. Interment will be in the Armstrong Grove Cemetery. He died Tuesday morning, Dec. 27, 1983, at Holy Family Hospital in Estherville.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Henry and Olson Funeral Home in Armstrong.

Frank Craig was born April 7, 1906, in Fairmont, Minn., the son of John and Mae (Luscombe) Craig. He attended rural Martin County schools. On Sept. 21, 1929, he married Dorothy W. Sabin in Spencer. They lived and farmed in the Swea City, Armstrong and Dolliver areas.

Survivors include two sons Gale Craig, Ringsted, Harold Craig, Armstrong; one daughter Mrs. Donna Trenary, Hampton, Minn.; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Mable Hansow, Miami, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, three brothers and one sister. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, December 27, 1983)
