Mrs. Albert Clark’s Rites Thursday in Estherville
Mrs. Albert [Martha I.] Clark, 65, Alpha, Minn., died at 2:15 p.m. Nov. 26 in Holy Family Hospital, Estherville from heart failure.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Fuhrman Funeral Home, Estherville. Burial will be made in Armstrong Grove Cemetery, Armstrong.

She was born June 27, 1907 in Gridley to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sampson. She was a 1926 graduate of Dolliver High School and was married Oct. 10, 1929 to Albert A. Clark in the First Presbyterian Church, Estherville. Following their marriage they farmed in the Dolliver-Ceylon-Dunnell area. They retired from farming in 1967 and moved to Alpha, Minn.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Willis (Mae) Struthers, Rockford, Ill., Mrs. David (Jean) Boyer, Coon Rapids, Minn., and Mrs. James (Elaine) Haugen, Bemidji, Minn.; two sons, James Robert Clark, Alpha, and Albert Lee Clark, Bemidji, 12 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. James McManus, Clawson, Mich., Mrs. Nellie Hagebock, Armstrong, Mrs. Morris Greenleaf, Clawson, Mich., and Mrs. Walter Althey, Sandstone, Minn.; two brothers, Isaac Sampson, Gruver, and Joseph Sampson, Dolliver.

Friends may call at Furhman Funeral Home from Wednesday noon until time of services Thursday. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, November 27, 1973)
