A Bee Sting Fatal to Local Visitor
Funeral services were held this afternoon for Henry E. Anderson of Rockford, Ill. The Rev. A.P. Anderson, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran church was in charge of funeral service and the body was taken to Rockford, Ill., for burial. Anderson was stung by a bee on his throat while visiting the home of his brother, Bert Anderson, of near Estherville. He died Tuesday [August 1, 1944] morning at Holy Family hospital where he had been taken Monday for medical care.
