4-Year-Old Granddaughter of Estherville Man Dies
Beth Elaine [Ellen] Arndt, 4, granddaughter of Glen Burt of Estherville, and Mrs.Goldie Arndt of Spirit Lake, died at Des Moines early yesterday morning of cystic fibrosis.

Beth was born July 24, 1959, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Arndt, at Des Moines. Mrs. Arndt is the former Dorothy Burt of Estherville.

Surviving are her parents, grandparents, Glen Burt of Estherville and Mr. Goldie Arndt of Spirit Lake, six brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Highland Park Funeral Home in Des Moines and graveside services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Armstrong Grove Cemetery, with the Rev. James Lyon of Estherville officiating. (Estherville Daily news, Estherville, IA, July 29, 1963)
