Temecula, Calif. – Graveside services for Michael Edward Wilcox, 52, of Temecula, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Lincoln Twp. Cemetery, rural Dolliver, Ia. He died June 19, 1998 at his home in Temecula. The Rev. Dan Miller from the United Methodist Church in Dolliver will officiate the service.

Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Home is n charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation.

He was born Feb. 9, 1946 at Compton, Calif., the son of Philip and Sallie (Harness) Wilcox. He has lived in California his entire life. He worked as a construction worker most of his life. His specialty was as a cabinetmaker.

Survivors include his mother, Sallie Nelson and husband, Bob of Pueblo West, Colo.; daughter Erica Rhea Wilcox, Madeline, Calif.; stepdaughter Felecia May Wampole, Temecula, Calif., grandmother Ella Hardecopf, Dolliver; aunt, Betty Clayton, Estherville and uncle Richard Harness, Dolliver.

He has been preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, maternal grandfather, maternal step-grandfather. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, September 10, 1998)
