Estherville – Services for Kathryn [Catherine] Iversen, 83. Will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday t Henry-Olson-Fuhrman Funeral Chapel in Estherville, with the Rev. Tom Balm officiating. Interment will be in Lincoln Township Cemetery, rural Dolliver. Visitation will be at the Chapel after 10 a.m. Saturday.

She was born Sept. 4, 1906 at Dolliver, the daughter of Iver and Margaret (Schwab) Iversen and attended Dolliver School. She lived on the family farm north of Dolliver her entire life until moving to the Good Samaritan Center eight years ago. She never married.

Survivors include one sister Mrs. E.E. (Mattie) Daggett, Prescott; one brother, Leonard Iversen, Cedar Rapids and three nephews: Leo, Dale and Merrill Heard.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters and one brother. (Estherville Daily News, Estherville, IA, January 27, 1990)
