Isabelle Olson
Isabelle Olson was born to the parents, John C. and Ingeborg Olson, November 6, 1901, near Duncombe, Iowa. While she was a babe her parents moved to Estherville, where they engaged in farming, north of the city. Isabelle attended the local high school for two years. On Wednesday, June 7, the final summons came to her at the age of 21 years 7 months and 1 day. The last few years have been days of suffering and shadows for her. She is survived by her widowed mother, eight sisters and five brothers. Her father preceded her in death about two years ago. Isabelle was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. Private funeral services were conducted by her pastor, Rev. S.A. Berge, Saturday, June 10, and she was laid to rest beside her father in the Lutheran cemetery. The bereaved mother and relatives have the sincere sympathy of the community in their sorrow.
