Child Cook 1896-1898

The little two-year-old child of Mr. and Mrs. H.H. Cook, of Irene, South Dakota died Saturday [November 19, 1898] and the body was shipped here the first of the week for burial. Mrs. Cook was formerly Miss McCulla sister of Mrs. C.W. Crim. Mr. Cook was at one time in the employ of M.G. Wilson. Many friends here extend to the bereaved parents heartfelt sympathy in their deep sorrow. (Emmet County Republican, Estherville, IA, November 24, 1898)
